Kalinga Institute of Social Sciences is a university that offers higher education. It is officially known by the name of KISS University. KISS University was declared to be a university in the Ministry of HRD in 2017. Prior to that, the institute was operated under the name of Kalinga Institute of Industrial Technology (KIIT). The situation now is completely different. Kiss University runs autonomously and independently.
