KLE Society's College of Pharmacy was established in 1968 in the pleasant environs of JN Medical College, Belgaum, with the aim of providing quality. The institute has a strong alumni association with over 2000 active members, who are placed globally at various positions in academics, Clinical, Industrial, Regulatory and Entrepreneurial services.

Facilities and Infrastructure

Residential Accommodations:

The University affords separate lodging for each boy and girl. Currently, there are numerous hostel blocks that accommodate greater than two hundred college students. All hostels include the primary office, protection room, and visitor house.

Library: 

The library is the hub of educational scholars' existence on campus. KLE University homes a spacious virtual library, stocked with online journals and heaps of CDs, journals, and reports. The KLE library includes a Central Library & separate Department Libraries to assist college students and colleges alike have clean access to the direction and reference substances via a club card.

Labs: 

There are laboratories to be had withinside the college for college students in the pharmacy department.

Computer lab:

KLE University acknowledges the important thing role that IT performs in teaching in addition to research. Therefore, IT is devoted to offering computing facilities with the best standards. The committee comprises of eminent scientists and veterinarian along with a nominated member from CPCSEA. The animal house annually inspected by the CPCSEA nominee for compliance of guidelines.

The college has a CPCSEA recognized (626/PO/Re/S/02/CPCSEA) animal house facility for in-house research. The animals are housed as per CPCSEA guidelines under the care of a veterinarian. Experiments on small animals (mice, rats and rabbits) are carried out with prior approval from Institutional Animal Ethics committee.
