Mahila Engineering College Ajmer is the first government college in North India that was created exclusively for women who want to study engineering, located in Ajmer and started in 2007. It is affiliated to Rajasthan Technical University (RTU), Kota and is also approved by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) where the college runs B.Tech in Computer Science, Electronics and Communication, Electrical and Mechanical programs. It also offers an Information Technology course.
