PVPIT approved by AICTE: The All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) was established in November 1945 as a national-level apex advisory body with the aim of conducting a comprehensive survey of the available facilities for technical education and promoting development in a coordinated and integrated manner across the country. The AICTE Act was formulated to establish the council, intending to facilitate proper planning and coordinated development of the technical education system throughout India. PVPIT affiliated with Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Technological University: The establishment of Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Technological University was initiated by the Government of Maharashtra under the Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Technological University Act, No. XXII of 1989, designating it as a Unitary University. However, in 2016, the Government of Maharashtra transitioned the University into an Affiliating Technological University through the enactment of Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Technological University Act, No. XXIX of 2014. Those who meet the cutoff criteria proceed to participate in the Maharashtra Common Admission Process (CAP) All India counseling, where they select their desired program.
3. Subsequently, selected candidates are required to visit the institute for document verification and payment of the admission fee.
