PES University B.Tech admissions are based on merit in national examinations like JEE Mains, KCET, and PEESAT.

PES University offers MBA at the postgraduate level based on merit in PESSAT/CAT/MAT/PGCET/CMAT/GMAT/GRE.

PES University also offers BBA, B.Des, BCA, B.Pharm, B.Com, and other UG courses.

PES University offers MCA, M.Tech, M.Pharm, and M.Com at the PG level.

PES University offers an Integrated M.Tech course and a Ph.D. program in research. Admission to all regular courses at PES University is based on PESSAT or CET examination. The university considers the marks obtained by the candidates in their previous qualifying examination and in PESSAT for preparation of the merit list. For various PG and doctoral courses, the university also conducts an interview round for the evaluation of the candidates.
