Sathaye College was established in 1959 by the Parle Tilak Vidyalaya Association, and it was renamed in 1993 by the promoters. The college is renowned and is affiliated with the University of Mumbai, recognized A grade from NAAC. Located in Vile Parle East Suburb of Mumbai, the college campus is about 3.5 acres and it is equipped with modern academic infrastructure, which includes 58 lecture halls, 18 specialized laboratories, a spacious library, an auditorium, sports fields, and a gymnasium. Sathaye College has 18 undergraduate programs, 10 postgraduate degrees, doctoral research, and 40 other certificate and add-on courses from the faculties of Arts, Science, Commerce, IT, Management, and Media.
