SGT University SGT Gurgaon Admission is open for all UG and PG courses for the academic session 2024-25. The application fees for SGT University Gurgaon depend on the program in which program you want to be admitted. The SGT University is also accepting applications for Lateral Entry Courses, Online Degree Programs, and Distance Education Courses.

SGT University Gurugram admission to undergraduate, and Postgraduate programs will be done merit-based. Candidates who fulfil the criteria will be eligible for SGT University admission.

Candidates who have taken part in the qualifying exam and whose scores are waiting can be eligible to apply. These candidates are admitted provisionally with the submission of documents meeting eligibility criteria at the moment of the counselling.
The admission to Ph. D. across all streams or in all streams. Phil. (Clinical Psychology) and Professional Diploma in Clinical Psychology shall be made strictly on the basis of merit of Entrance Examination/Interview & Viva to be conducted by the University.
Specifics of the examination [Ph. Do. courses in addition to M. Phil. (Clinical Psychology)] :
(a) No. of questions: 70 (50 % Subject Oriented and 50 % Research Methodology)
(b) The type of Question Type of Questions: Multiple Choice (4 options)
(c) Maximum marks: 70

(e) The evaluation of the Answer Book: Each correct answer will earn you 01 mark
(f) Syllabus: The syllabus of the Qualifying Examination will be as laid out by SGT University in accordance with the guidelines of UGC
Information about the exam (Professional Certificate) :
(a) Written test (Objective): 60 marks (Multiple Choice)
(b) Written test (Descriptive): 20 marks
(c) Practical: 25 marks
(d) Group Discussion: 20 Marks
(e) Personal Interview: 25 marks
(f) Syllabus: The syllabus of the qualifying Examination is to be as set by SGT University, in line with these guidelines issued by RCI.
Candidates will be referred for counselling based on merit. When counselling begins, all original documents (DMCs/Degrees/other certificates) must be presented to the Counseling Committee along with the prescribed fee. If not, admission will be denied under any circumstance, and the seats will be reserved for the applicants on the waiting list according to merit.
Apply through the ONLINE MODE
The steps to apply online
i) Visit the SGT website- www.sgtuniversity.ac.in for registration.
ii) Sign up on the SGTU Registration page.
iii) Confirm the Programme /Specialisation, generate your brochure no. and then proceed to the payment.
iv) After registration, you must pay the fees for registration of Rs.2100/--
v) After successful registration, a confirmation message is sent via SMS/E-mail.
vi) PI can be done via the internet (zoom call)
vii) If you are eligible, you can apply to the online application for provisional admission.
Apply through Offline Mode :
Instructions for Offline Application Process
i) Inquire by hand at the Admission cell SGTU
ii) The inquiry will be then given to the counsellor of your choice through the KIOSK director
iii) Assignment.
iv) Courses are described with information on eligibility requirements, fees, and more.
v) Verification of documents will be conducted by counsellors
vi) If eligible, pay the Application fee i.e Rs.2100
vii) Appear for PI at SGTU
viii) If you are selected, provisional admission will be provided.
Reservation for Seats
Fee Concession
(a) One-fifth of the 25 percent will be granted the full fee concession
(b) Two-fifths of the twenty-five per cent fee concession will be given 50 percent fee concession
(c) The remaining two-fifths of the 25 percent fee concession will be granted the fee concession of twenty-five per cent.
