Step 2: Talent Appreciation Interview Shortlisted candidates from the STAT will be invited for a Talent Appreciation Interview conducted by faculty members and senior industry professionals. The interview will last approximately 45 minutes and will focus on the candidate's background, aspirations, and alignment of the MBA program with their career goals.

Step 3: Final Decision The final decision regarding admission will be communicated to all candidates via email within 4 weeks of the interview.
