Eligibility criteria require candidates to have attained a minimum of 50% marks in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics in their 12th-grade examinations, specifically from Tamil Nadu. Admission to the BE/B. Tech courses are based on the percentage obtained in the class XII examinations, which determines the TNEA rank or merit list.
