The Placement Office operates in a separate, air-conditioned block equipped with audiovisual facilities for written tests, group discussions, and interviews. It has consistently expanded over the years to enhance placement opportunities. The office plays a crucial role in counseling and guiding students towards successful career choices, serving as a vital link between academic studies and job placement. It also oversees students' professional development and industry instruction. Each year, more than 90 reputable multinational and national corporations visit SSIET Patti for campus hiring.

It is expected that over 90% of students will secure job offers before completing their academic program and leaving the school.
