The All India Engineering Entrance Examination (AIEEE) is a national-level competitive exam organized by the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) in India. Introduced in 2002, the AIEEE is designed for admission to various undergraduate engineering and architecture programs in institutes that accept AIEEE scores, including 5 IIITs and 30 NITs. The exam is typically held in April (usually on the last Sunday), and results are announced in the last week of May or the first week of June. Candidates receive both an All India Rank (AIR) and a State Rank (SR).
