St Thomas Arts and Science College, Puthencruz is the fifth educational institution owned and operated by the Malankara Jacobite Syrian Christian Education Trust, Malecruz. The college is affiliated with Mahatma Gandhi University in Kottayam and started operations in June 2006. This institution was established to provide quality education to students seeking academic excellence in a truly friendly and disciplined atmosphere. The college adheres to the ideal that education should serve the general personality development of the students and thus offer sufficient opportunities and facilities for necessary study-related and extracurricular activities.
