VIT AP University Ph.D Admission 2023
VIT offers Ph.D. programs in seven disciplines at the research level.
Candidates must hold a Master’s degree in relevant discipline with a first class or at least 60% marks to pursue Ph.D. course in Engineering and Sciences, Humanities and Social Sciences.
For Ph.D in languages, students must hold a Master’s degree in relevant discipline with an aggregate of least 55% marks from a recognized university.
Eligibility
Candidate must have a postgraduate degree in the relevant discipline with at least 55-60% marks in order to be eligible for admission.
Selection Criteria
Admission into the Ph.D programme is on the basis of VITREE entrance examination which is followed by personal interview.
VIT University Application Process 2023
Candidates who wish to apply for B.Tech program in the VIT university can apply either online or offline whereas application for M.Tech course can be made only in online mode. For Ph.D courses, applications will be invited by open advertisement in all leading newspapers/ local announcements for all categories of candidates.

For UG Admission:
Online:
Visit the official website of ‘VIT University.
Click on ‘Admissions’ and then on ‘VITEEE’.
Register by filling all the details in the form.
Fill the application form correctly.
Pay an application fee of INR 1150 (inclusive of GST) through Credit/ Debit Card/ Net Banking.
Click on the ‘Submit’ button.
Offline:
Obtain the application form in person from the VIT Campus by paying INR 1200 through Demand Draft drawn in favour of ‘VIT University’ payable at Bhopal.
Fill all the details correctly in the application form.
For PG Admission:
Visit the official website of ‘VIT University.
Click on ‘Admission’ and then on ‘PG Application’.
Fill all the details correctly in the application form.
Pay an application fee of INR 826 (inclusive of GST) through Credit/ Debit Card/ Net Banking.
Click on the ‘Submit’ button.
On successfully submitting, a duly filled application form will appear on the screen.
Download and take a print out of the same.
