Vivekanandha College of Technology for Women (VCTW) was started in the year 2009 to educate, promote and shape girl students into capable engineers. The college is affiliated with Anna University, Chennai, and approved by AICTE, New Delhi. The aim of establishing this college is to provide quality education by using cutting-edge technology and make students as technocrats, scientists, and entrepreneurs of the modern world. Courses offered by Bachelor of Engineering Civil Engineering, Agricultural Engineering, Computer Science And Engineering, Electrical And Electronics Engineering, Electronics & Communication Engineering, Bachelor of Technology (Information Technology), and Master of Engineering (Computer Science and Engineering).

Infrastructure and Facilities:

Library-

The VCTW Central Library has computerized all its housekeeping activities using Library software 'AUTOLIB' which is being maintained and updated regularly. The Library has rich collections of books on Engineering, Science & Humanities besides the General collection of books. At present, the VCTW Central Library has 15604 volumes with 5161 titles & 1566 Non-book materials. VCTW Central Library has Periodical collections of 75 National & International Journals with 673 Journals' Back volumes, 18 Magazines, and Project Reports 409.

Hostel-

The rooms of the hostel are fully furnished with wooden furniture along with attached washrooms, Uninterrupted power supply is facilitated to the definite need of the students

The hostel is provided with 24*7 hours wi-fi connectivity for the definite need and benefit of the students, Suggestion boxes for the students, and feedback registers for the parents are maintained by the specially appointed Parental Officers to address their concerns.

Cafeteria-

An exclusive canteen is available on campus offering tasty and hygienic food. In order to cater to all the students from different parts of India and abroad, South Indian, North Indian, and Chinese dishes are offered.

Transports-

The management operates a fleet of Buses, and Vans, Numbering more than 200 for easy mobility of the students from different parts of the districts of 9 which includes Namakkal, Erode, Salem, Dharmapuri, Trichy, Karur, Dindigul, and Tirupur Districts.

Sports & Games-

Vivekanandha Educational Institutions are evincing keen interest in nurturing the sports activities of the students inside the campus. Students are provided with all facilities to participate actively in sports and games at district, state, and national levels athletic, volleyball, shuttle, and basketball grounds, and a modern gym is available.

Training and Placement Cell-

At Vivekanandha College of Technology for Women, we always believe in equipping our students with the right talent and personality to face the industry requirements.
