CUET 2025 Exam Date Soon: Latest Updates, Expected Schedule, and Key Details

CUET Exam Date 2025 – The National Testing Agency (NTA) is expected to announce the CUET Exam Date 2025 form Date soon. As in previous years, the NTA will post the official notification on the CUET website exam.nta.ac.in/CUET-UG. The CUET notification 2025 is expected to be made public in the last week of February 2025. The CUET schedule for the previous academic session was released on February 27, 2024. But it has not been officially confirmed yet. The CUET UG exam is an all-India entrance exam for undergraduate programs in prestigious institutes in India.

Earlier, the UGC announced changes in CUET 2025, including the removal of CUET 2025 Syllabus, changes in the mode of examination, duration of subject selection and uniformity in the number of questions. The number of subjects included in the CUET exam has been reduced from 63 to 37 (13 languages, 23 CUET domain subjects and the general test). The subjects removed include 20 foreign languages ​​and six domain subjects (entrepreneurship, teaching aptitude, fashion studies, tourism, legal studies, and engineering graphics).

What's New in CUET 2025?

As per the CUET UG latest updates 2025, here are the proposed changes introduced by the UGC chairman:

1. Students can now appear for the CUET UG exam in any subject, irrespective of their Class 12 subject.
2. The CUET UG exam will be conducted exclusively in the CBT (Computer-Based Test) mode.
3. The number of subjects for CUET has been reduced from 63 to 37. The subjects that were removed include entrepreneurship, teaching aptitude, fashion studies, tourism, legal studies, and engineering graphics.
4. The standardized duration of each CUET subject exam will be 60 minutes.
5. Admission for subjects that have been discontinued will be based on the General Aptitude Test scores.
6. No optional questions will be given

CUET UG 2025 Notification

NTA is expected to release the CUET UG 2025 information bulletin in February 2025. Details about the CUET exam procedure, admission and application will be updated soon after the release of the CUET Exam Date 2025 Application form.

When is the CUET 2025 Exam?

The CUET Application Form 2025 Date is tentatively held in May-June 2025 and conducted in CBT mode. The National Testing Agency will soon announce the official of the CUTE 2025 Exam dates. To maximise their CUET score, candidates should stay updated with the CUET exam date and prepare accordingly. The CUET 2025 application is expected to be released in February 2025.

The National Testing Agency (NTA) is expected to release the CUET Exam Date 2025 Registration on its official website in the first week of February 2025. Students need to visit the official website - cuetug.ntaonline.in - to complete the CUET application form 2025 when it is released. Candidates need to register on the portal by providing the required details and complete the process by submitting the CUET 2025 Registration fees and required documents. CUET 2025 registration details will be updated once they are released.
