 SYLLABUS OF MBA/PGDM ENTRANCE EXAM?

 Entrance Exam Syllabus for MBA/PGDM:- as we already know that if we want to pursue MBA/PGDM  we must appear at the entrance which helps us to get admission to top MBA/PGDM universities/colleges. For obtaining good scores in the entrance exam you must aware of the syllabus of this exam. Today In this article we are going to discuss the syllabus of the MBA /PGDM entrance exam. Let us discuss this below:- 

As we know that there are a few entrance exams on behalf of these exams you can pursue MBA/PGDM these entrance exams are as under:-

1. CAT

2. MAT

3. XAT

4. CMAT

5. SNAP

6. GMAT

7. IIFT

8. IBSAT

9. MICT and so on…….. 

Some of these entrance exams are accepted on a national level as well as some of these entrance exams are accepted on the institute level. But you must appear in any one entrance exam for pursuing MBA.

15. Binomial Theorem                           16. Surds and Indices

17. Inequalities                                  18. Permutation and Combination

19. Probability                                   20. Functions

21. Set Theory                                          22. Mixtures and Allegations

23. Geometry                                          24. Co-ordinate Geometry

25. Trigonometry                                  26. Mensuration


2. Data Interpretation- Data is given in form of tables, charts, or graphs. This section it is tested that how candidates can interpret the given data and answer questions based on it.

5. Pie Chart                                            6. Venn Diagrams

Combination of two or more types linked to each other. 


3. Logical Reasoning- contents related to this syllabus are as under:-

4. Verbal Ability- this subject includes the following topics-

Vocabulary Based (Synonyms Antonyms)                  English Usage or Grammar

Sentence Correction                                                 Fill in the blanks

Cloze Passage Analogies or                                             Reverse Analogies

Jumbled Paragraph                                                 Meaning-Usage Match

Facts / Inferences /Judgement                                   Reading Comprehension 


5. Vocabulary- Vocabulary questions test the candidate's knowledge of the primary meanings of words, secondary shades of meaning, usage, idioms and phrases, antonyms, related words, etc. 


6. Grammar- Grammar-based questions test the candidate's ability to spot and correct grammatical errors. CAT generally tests knowledge of high school-level grammar and includes areas like subject-verb agreement, use of modifiers, parallel construction, redundancy, phrasal verbs, use of articles, prepositions, etc. 

7. Verbal Reasoning- Verbal reasoning questions are designed to test the candidate's ability to identify relationships or patterns within groups of words or sentences. 

8. General and Business GK (Elementary Level):- Institutes like IIFT AND SYMBIOSIS have a section for General knowledge which includes questions related to current affairs and business GK at the elementary level.
