What is M.A. in Tourism?


The Master of Arts in Tourism Management is a two-year postgraduate degree. This course focuses on providing students with an understanding of the tourism business, including airlines, resorts, tour companies, casinos, and meeting and event organizing.

 

M.A. in Tourism management is concerned with the administration of tourism and hotel management. It is entirely dedicated to hospitality operations and management. Tourism management is the entire management of hotel management and administration, hotel and tourism management, or Studies in tourism management or hospitality management concentrate on the management of hospitality operations. The course covers various topics, including restaurants, hotels, inns, holiday stay, cruise ships, destination marketing organizations, amusement parks, country clubs, convention centres, and associated sectors.
