What is KIITEE?

KIITEE is an entrance exam for KIIT, a deemed university. KIITEE stands for Kalinga Institute of Industrial Technology Entrance Exam. For MBA Courses:

KIITEE 2026 Application Form

Kalinga Institute of Industrial Technology is anticipated to announce the KIITEE 2026 application form during the initial week of November 2025. KIITEE 2026 Eligibility Criteria

Kalinga Institute of Industrial Technology has released the KIITEE Eligibility Criteria 2026 on its website. Candidates who are preparing for the entrance exam can check the minimum eligibility required to appear for KIITEE exam 2026.

To apply for the B.Tech (4 years) or B.Tech – Biotechnology (4 years) programs, candidates need to meet the following criteria:

1. Only students who have completed their 10+2 examinations in 2024 or 2025, or are appearing in 2026, are eligible to apply.
2. Candidates must have studied in a regular, full-time school or college program.
3. They must have secured at least 60% marks in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics in their 10+2 or equivalent examinations.
4. For B.Tech and M.Tech - Biotechnology, candidates must have secured at least 60% marks in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics, Biology or Biotechnology in their 10+2 or equivalent examinations.
5. Candidates must be born on or after July 1, 2005.

For BCA Course:

1. Qualification: Must have passed 12th level examination in any stream from any recognized board.
2. Subjects: Applying candidates must have Mathematics as a compulsory subject in their qualifying exam.
3. Marks: Applicants must have secured at least 50% marks in the qualifying exam to be eligible for the exam.

For MBA Course:

1. Eligibility: One must have passed 10+2+3 or 10+2+4 to be eligible for KIIT management course.
2. Marks: Applicants must score at least 50% marks in the qualifying exam to be eligible for the exam.
3. Appearing: Those who are in the final year of an undergraduate degree course and expect to complete all graduation requirements before June 30, 2026.

For MCA Course:

1. Qualification: Candidates must have a graduation degree from any recognized university or institute.
2. Marks: It is necessary to obtain minimum 50% marks in the qualifying examination.
3. Subject: It is mandatory to have Mathematics as a subject in 12th or graduation level.

KIITEE Admit Card 2026

KIITEE Admit Card 2026 will be released on the official website and will also be sent to the registered candidates via mail. Candidates appearing for the KIITEE entrance exam should note that the admit cards will not be sent in hard copy. They should preserve the KIITEE Admit Card 2026 until the admission process is over.

KIITEE 2026 Result

The result will be declared by the university based on the marks obtained by the candidates in the entrance exam. KIITEE Result 2026 will be released through online mode. The results of the KIITEE exam will be declared in the second week of April 2026 for Phase-I and in the second week of July 2026 for Phase-II.

For MBA courses, the KIITEE exam result will be declared in the month of May 2026. A separate merit list will also be prepared by the university for different courses and category. The names of the qualified candidates will be mentioned in the merit list.

KIITEE 2026 Counselling

Kalinga Institute of Industrial Technology will start KIITEEE 2026 counselling online on the official website. The exam authority conducts KIITEE 2026 counselling in online mode. Applicants must first complete the KIITEE counselling registration 2026 using academic qualifications and others. KIITEE counselling and seat allotment is completely based on merit, i.e., based on the performance in the entrance exam. The counselling schedule will be published on the KIIT website. Candidates must attend the counselling as per the schedule. Candidates called for counselling must bring the original documents (listed below) and token fee to the counselling centre.

7. B.Tech/B.E./MCA/M.Sc. or equivalent degree certificate (for M.Tech/LLM/PhD candidates)
8. Relevant certificate issued by the competent authority clearly indicating the reservation criteria claimed by the candidate.
9. GATE Score Card (for M.Tech GATE qualified candidates only).
10. Demand Draft of Rs. 75,000 including counselling registration fee of Rs. 10,000 (non-refundable) in favour of KIIT payable at Bhubaneswar. The remaining fee is to be paid on the day of reporting as per the fee structure.

KIITEE 2026 Admission Process

KIITEE 2026 admission process includes the following: 

1. Applying for KIITEE 2026: Candidates can apply for more than one course for admission.
2. Book slot and download KIITEE admit card: Registered candidates have to book a KIITEE 2026 slot online under their respective login and download the admit card.
3. Appear for KIITEE exam 2026: Candidates have to appear for the entrance exam.
4. Declaration of result: KIITEE 2026 result has been declared online, candidates can log in to the official website and download their scorecard.
5. Attend counselling: As per the counselling schedule, candidates have to attend counselling.
