As per the KIITEE 2025 eligibility criteria, students must have passed the 12th class examination in the relevant stream from a recognized board to apply for KIITEE UG programmes.

KIITEE Eligibility Criteria 2025: UG Courses

To be eligible for KIITEE 2025, candidates must have passed 12th class with a minimum of 45% marks in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics from a recognized board. Candidates appearing for 12th class are also eligible to apply. The age limit for B.Tech courses is a minimum of 17 years as on 31st December 2025. Candidates must have completed their 10+2 or equivalent examination in Physics, Chemistry & Biology and English (PCBE) with a minimum of 45 per cent marks in aggregate.

Candidates who wish to apply must be 17 years of age as of 31-12-2021 The maximum age limit is 35 years.

B.Tech


  1. Candidates should have passed or are pursuing 10 + 2 or equivalent in a regular full-time mode.
  2. Candidates must have scored a minimum aggregate mark of 60% in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics to be eligible.
  3. Candidates must have finished Class 12th (or equivalent) in the year 2018 or 2019.
  4. Candidates appearing in the class 12th examination (or equivalent) in 2019 can also apply.
  5. Candidates must have studied Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics in their 10+ 2 or equivalent.

Applicants must have been born on or after July 1, 2001.

Bachelor of Film and Television Production

Candidates must have passed the intermediate examination with at least 50% marks.

Candidates must have completed a bachelor's degree in any branch of Science/ Pharmacy/ Agriculture/ Veterinary / Engineering / Technology / Medicine (MBBS/BDS) with a minimum of 55 per cent marks.

M.Sc. Nursing


  1. Candidates must have completed B.Sc.Nursing/ B.Sc.Hons.Nursing /Post Basic B.Sc Nursing with a minimum of 55 percent aggregate marks from an institution which is recognized by Indian Nursing Council.
  2. Candidates must have a minimum of one year experience after Basic B.Sc Nursing.
  3. Applicants must be medically fit.
  4. Candidates should be Registered Nurses / Registered midwives/equivalents with any State Nursing Registration Council.

M.A Economics

Candidates must have completed their graduation with one subject as Mathematics/ Statistics/ Economics. Candidates must also have a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate.

M.A English

Candidates must have finished their graduation with at least 50% marks.

M.A Sociology

Candidates must have finished their graduation with at least 50% marks.

KIITEE 2025 Eligibility Criteria: Reservation

  1. The University offers seat reservations for all candidates belonging to SC/ST and Physically Challenged categories.
  2. 30% of seats in each category are reserved for female candidates. This is valid only for Biotechnology B.Tech/B.Tech-M.Tech dual degree.
  3. As per the eligibility conditions of KIITEE 2025, all the vacant seats will be changed to the general category.
  4. Candidates belonging to the Scheduled Caste (SC) category have a 15% reservation while candidates belonging to the Scheduled Tribe (ST) category have a 7.5% reservation.
  5. Physically Challenged (computer) category candidates have a 3% seat reservation.
