KIITEE 2026 Eligibility criteria also differ according to course, but include clearing the 10+2 or equivalent exam with a minimum aggregate percentage (usually 50% for General and 45-40% for reserved classes for Law, and 50% for others) and a Bachelor's degree for postgraduate programmes. To be eligible for KIITEE 2026, candidates must have passed 12th class with a minimum of 45% marks in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics from a recognised board. Candidates appearing for the 12th class are also eligible to apply. The age limit for B.Tech courses is a minimum of 17 years as on 31st December 2026.
