KIITEE Eligibility Criteria 2025: UG Courses

To be eligible for KIITEE 2025, candidates must have passed 12th class with a minimum of 45% marks in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics from a recognized board. Candidates appearing for 12th class are also eligible to apply. The age limit for B.Tech courses is a minimum of 17 years as on 31st December 2025. KIITEE 2025 Eligibility Criteria: Reservation

The University offers seat reservations for all candidates belonging to SC/ST and Physically Challenged categories.
30% of seats in each category are reserved for female candidates. This is valid only for Biotechnology B.Tech/B.Tech-M.Tech dual degree.
As per the eligibility conditions of KIITEE 2025, all the vacant seats will be changed to the general category.
Candidates belonging to the Scheduled Caste (SC) category have a 15% reservation while candidates belonging to the Scheduled Tribe (ST) category have a 7.5% reservation.
