KIITEE Result 2026 – Tie Breaking Resolution

In case of two or more candidates secure equal marks in the KIITEE 2026 exam, inter-se merit of such aspirants will be determined as follows:

1. B.Tech (4 years), B.Sc. (Computer Science): Based on marks obtained in Mathematics, then in Physics and then by age (elder candidate will be given preference).
2. B.Arch: Based on marks obtained in NATA.
3. B.Tech (L.E.): Based on marks obtained in Mathematics, then in Basic Electrical Engineering and then by age. (elder candidate will be given preference).
4. B.Sc. Nursing: Based on marks obtained in Biology, then in Chemistry and then by age (elder candidate will be given preference).
5. BBA/BCA/Bachelor of Design (Fashion/Textile)/Bachelor of Film & Television Production/BA.LLB/BBA LLB/BSc.LLB/Master of Mass Communication (Integrated): Based on marks obtained in Mathematical Ability, then in Analytical Ability. then in English and then by age. (elder candidate will be given preference).
6. BA Economics (Hons), BA Sociology (Hons), BA English (Hons), BCom: Preference will be given to older candidates.
7. Biotechnology- Dual Degree (B.Tech/M.Tech) (5 years): Based on marks obtained in Biology, then Chemistry and then by age (older candidates will be given preference).
8. MCA/MCA (LE): Based on marks obtained in Computer Awareness, then Mathematics and then by age (older candidates will be given preference).
9. M.Tech, M.Sc (Computer Science), M.A in Economics, M.A in Sociology, M.A in English, M.Com, Master of Mass
10. Communication (2 years): Preference will be given to older candidates.
11. MSc (Applied Microbiology/Biotechnology): Based on marks obtained in Biology, Chemistry, Mathematics and then by age. (older candidates will be given preference).

KIITEE Cut off 2026

The university will release the KIITEE 2026 cutoff in online mode. The KIITEE cutoff is the minimum marks required to become eligible for seat allotment. Candidates scoring as per the KIITEE cutoff will be eligible to participate in the desired course counselling.
