New Delhi: The Andhra Pradesh State Council of Higher Education (APSCHE) will announce the seat allotment result for the second phase of AP BArch Admission 2024 today i.e. on September 24. Candidates who participated in the second phase will be able to check the allotment status by visiting the official website apsche.ap.gov.in/arch.
Candidates who are allotted seats will have to visit the allotted institute with all original documents along with the allotment order and self-joining report and pay the tuition fees. As per the counselling schedule, reporting can be done on September 24 and 26.
AP BArch Counselling 2024: Documents required
Students will require the following documents in original and two attested photocopies at the time of reporting for verification:
- NATA Hall Ticket or Application Number and NATA 2024 Scorecard
- Provisional (Intermediate/Diploma) Certificate
- Memo of Marks of Intermediate or Equivalent/Diploma.
- SSC Pass Memo or its equivalent for proof of date of birth.
- Caste Certificate issued by the competent authority, if applicable.
- Income Certificate issued on or after June 1, 2024 by competent authority, if applicable.
- Economically Weaker Section (EWS) Certificate, if applicable
- Transfer Certificate. Muslim and Christian minority candidates should upload “TC” of SSC having minority status or in absence of TC, a certificate issued by the Head of the Institution in which the student studied/appeared for SSC or its equivalent examination.
- Migration Certificate, if required.
- Certificate of study from class 6 to 12 or Intermediate or Diploma (to establish the local area of the candidate) in case of candidates having institutional education.
- Residence certificate for 7 years preceding the qualifying examination, if the candidate has not received any institutional education (Open School/Distance Learning etc.).
- Residence Certificate for a candidate who has resided in the State for a total period of 10 years excluding the period of study outside the State; or any of whose parents have resided in the State for a total period of 10 years excluding the period of employment outside the State.
- Employer Certificate for candidates whose parents are in employment with the State or Central Government, Public Sector Corporations, Local Bodies, Universities and other similar quasi-institutions within the State at the time of applying for NATA exam.
- Candidates who studied Intermediate or equivalent/diploma in engineering in other states in India or from other countries should upload an equivalency certificate issued by the Board of Intermediate Education / State Board of Technical Education, Andhra Pradesh as the case may be.
