GATE 2025 Admit Card: Steps to Download

The admit card for GATE 2025 was released by IIT Roorkee on January 7, 2025. Candidates who have applied will be able to download the hall ticket from the GOAPS portal. The steps for downloading the GATE 2025 hall ticket are given below.

1. Visit the website of GATE at gate2025.iitr.ac.in
2. Use the login credentials as follows: GATE enrollment ID and password.
3. The admit card would be displayed on the screen
4. Check all the details and download the admit card.

Last Minute Key Tips for GATE Aspirants

Here students can check the last-minute tips for GATE candidates that are mentioned below:

1. Analyse Previous Papers: Reviewing past GATE papers helps identify recurring topics and gauge the difficulty level.
2. Time Management: Provide more class hours on high-weightage topics such as Mathematics and core subject areas.
3. Mock Tests: Prepare with timed mock tests to increase confidence and accuracy.
4. General Aptitude is also one of the important sections. This is a great scoring section that forms 15% of the total marks.

Important Instructions for Candidates Appearing GATE 2025 Exam

Here students can check the important instructions for candidates participating GATE 2025 exam:

1. Candidates must carry a printed copy of the GATE admit card along with an original valid ID proof, such as an Aadhar card, PAN card, Passport, Driving License, Voter ID, etc.
2. Candidates must report to the exam centre at least 90 minutes before the commencement of the exam.
3. Items, such as calculators, pagers, mobile phones, watches or any kind of electronic devices are not allowed inside the exam hall.
4. Candidates can log in and begin reading the instructions 20 minutes before the examination.
5. Virtual calculators will be available on the candidate's computer.
6. A scribble pad will be provided for doing rough work and calculations. 
7. A pen, pencil and a transparent water bottle are allowed to carry.
8. Those PWD applicants who are granted compensatory time are allowed to leave the examination centre after 12:30 pm in the forenoon session and after the 5:30 pm session
