Campus
M.A.M. College of Engineering has a beautiful and well-maintained campus, and everything is compact enough that it’s easy to get around. The campus has a rather distinctive architectural style, with a combination of Mission Revival and Modern architecture. M.A.M. provides a clean and safe living and learning environment enabling students to learn and grow, to lead, and to become perfect.
Library
Libraries are the backbone and heart of any academic institution. It is a central place for academic and research activities. Fast changes in technology lead to the updating of new literature in the form of textbooks, reference books & encyclopedias. The library has built a robust collection of over 41000 Books, 1006 back Volumes, and 152 Printed Journals. To provide time-bound information services for the patrons of the college, the library is acquiring over 66 national and 500 international journals (including both print & online journals).
24X7 Free WI-FI
M.A.M. College of Engineering entered into an e-revolution by making its entire campus Wi-Fi (Wireless Fidelity). The Internet connection is distributed across the college through Wi-Fi networks. The college and hostels have a 24-hour uninterrupted Internet connection. There are numerous benefits of having Wi-Fi as an overlay network. First, it provides laptop users with a seamless connection to the corporate network (intranet and Internet) for browsing, presentations, and documents.
Community Services
The motto Of Our clubs is ‘Not Me But You’ the essence of democratic living and upholds the how consideration need for selfless service and appreciation of another man’s point of view and also shows consideration for fellow human beings. I underline the welfare of an individual ultimately depends on the welfare of society as a whole. Therefore it should be the aim of the NSS to demonstrate this Motto in its day-to-day activities.
Sports
Campus Coming together is the beginning. Staying together is progress. Working together is a success. Great importance has been given to the activities of the Department of Physical Education. The management has spent more money on sports and games. The department has a wide range of play areas for the entire game. A multipurpose Indoor stadium is also available. The management has ambitious plans to construct a swimming pool, Fitness Park, and children’s park within our campus
Accommodation
The rooms are furnished with tables and cots for the students. Each room is provided with fans. Hostel rooms are bath-attached. At a time only two of the three persons holding the identity card are strictly permitted to meet the inmates and that too only on Sundays between 10.00 a.m. – 6.00 p.m. On any account any other person not holding the identity card will not be permitted to meet any of the inmates. Telephone facilities are made available in the hostel. The inmates should talk to their parents/guardians only. All letter correspondence should be made by the inmates only through the Deputy Warden.
Transport
A fleet of buses is operated for the convenience of students and staff coming from Trichy surroundings and it covers nearly all the points in the city. Buses plying through every nook and corner of Trichy city like Dalmia, Pullambadi, Anbil, Lalgudi, Thuvakudi, OFT, Junction, K.K. Nagar, EdamalaipattiPuthur, Theeran Nagar, Kulithalai, Musiri, Thuraiur, Perambalur, etc. The bus routes are operated after taking into account the needs of the students. All students make use of the college transport or stay in the hostel. Private vehicles like two-wheelers and cars are not permitted, to prevent accidents and late-comers to college.

M.A.M. MAMCE Admission Process
The college offers a horde of engineering degree courses both at the UG and PG levels. It currently offers 6 B.E. programs in Computer Sc., Electronics & Communication, Civil, Mechanical, Electrical & Electronics and Electronics & Instrumentation; B. Tech in Information Technology; and 5 M.E. courses in Computer Science, Electronics & Communication, Power Electronics & Drives, Manufacturing Engineering and Environmental Engineering. M.A.M. College of Engineering also offers two additional courses, viz. MCA and MBA at the PG level.
• For Admission to M.E. program, candidates without GATE score need to apply and appear for TANCET prior to registering for TANCA counselling.
• Candidates seeking lateral entry to B.E. / B. Tech must necessarily attend TNEA counselling for the purpose of admission.
• For B.E./ B.Tech, candidate with HSC with atleast 50% marks in PCM subjects.
• Candidates seeking admission under Management Quota can collect the application form from the institute’s fee counter.
• Such candidates do not need to appear for Anna University’s counselling process.
• For M.E., candidate must be passed in Bachelor’s degree from recognized university in relevant field is required for eligibility.
• Engineering Diploma holders/ B.Sc. Mathematics graduates can apply for Lateral Entry to B.E. courses as per Anna University’s provisions for the same.
• A minimum of 50% marks in the qualifying exam is however required for such candidates.
• The minimum marks eligibility criteria for Backward Classes is 45%, 40% for MBC & DNC and SC/ ST/ SCA candidates.
• For MCA, candidate with bachelor’s degree of minimum three-year with Mathematics as a subject at HSC or Graduation Level.
• For MBA, candidate must be passed in graduation of minimum three-year duration.
• The college also provides MCA LE course for which candidate must pass BCA/ B.Sc. (IT/ Computer Science) in Mathematics as a course at HSC Level or graduation level.
• Candidates for MBA and MCA are selected on the basis of TANCET score only.
• Also, MAT score is considered eligible for admission in MBA program.
• Candidates with a valid GATE score are given the first preference for M.E. admissions.
• The vacant seats left after admitting GATE candidates are filled by TANCET.
• Reservation is provided as per norms set by Anna University and the TN state govt.
