CLAT Result 2025 - NLU Consortium is expected to declare the CLAT Result 2025 within ten days of the CLAT exam being held. CLAT 2025 exam date is 1st December 2025. How to Check CLAT Result 2025?

Here are some steps to Check results easily

1. Go to the official website link.
2. A candidate login page will open on the screen.
3. Enter the required information such as the mobile number and password carefully.
4. After filling in the details, click on the “Login” button.
5. The result/mark sheet will be displayed on the screen.
6. Download and print the results.

CLAT Result 2025: Tie-breaker Rule

In case two or more candidates have the same score in CLAT 2025, the consortium will follow the following procedure to decide the merit rank

CLAT Cut-Off 2025

The CLAT 2025 cut-off marks list will be released after the declaration of results. These will be the minimum marks that candidates must achieve to clear the entrance exam. It will be published separately by the institutions.

The cut-off marks will also be released along with the declaration of results. Based on the CLAT cut-off marks, candidates have to apply to various colleges and universities in India.

CLAT Merit List 2025

Candidates can check the merit list online only. It will be published along with the declaration of results. Admission will be done based on the merit list.

If candidates secure similar marks in the exam, the tie criteria will be taken into account to eliminate the tie marks

The tie-breaking is done through the following methods:

1. Higher marks in the Legal Aptitude section of the CLAT exam.
2. After that, a higher age will be preferred.

If the tie persists, the computerized draw of lots will be considered.

CLAT Counselling 2025

CLAT 2025 counselling will start in December 2024. It will be conducted for admission to undergraduate and postgraduate LLB programmes. The admission will be through centralised counselling. The counselling process will be conducted in four rounds.

Candidates who score on the merit list will be eligible to participate in the counselling process. The counselling process is conducted in several phases. The counselling process can be done online.

The allotment of seats is done based on ranks attained, the choice of candidates and the number of seats available in the colleges. After allotment of seats, candidates have to report to the allotted college to complete the admission formalities.

What after CLAT Result 2025?

The admission process for CLAT 2025 after the declaration of results is as follows:

1. CLAT Counselling: The number of candidates invited for counselling will be FIVE times the number of seats available in each category. The Union will upload the list of eligible candidates on its website before starting the board registration.
2. CLAT Cut-off: The NLU Group will publish the CLAT cut-off on its official website at the time of allotment of seats. The cut-off is the minimum score/rank a candidate must obtain for admission to the 5-year or 1-year LLB programme
