What is NCHMCT JEE?

National Council for Hotel Management & Catering Technology Joint Entrance Exam, popularly known as NCHMCT JEE, is a national-level hospitality entrance exam conducted to get admission in BSc (Hospitality & Hotel Administration). It is held every year and organised by the National Testing Agency, on behalf of NCHMCT. The BSc (HHA) is a 3-year course offered in partnership with the NCHMCT and the Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU). The NCHM JEE score is accepted by all the participating Institutes for admission to the BSc (HHA) courses offered by their respective institutes.

NCHMCT Scores will be accepted for admission by the Institutes of Hotel Management. Number of IHMs affiliated to NCHMCT-About 21 central IHMs, 25 state IHMs,1 PSU IHM and 27 Private IHMs that conduct BSc(HHA) courses with admission through NCHMCT JEE.

NCHMCT JEE 2026 Question Paper is to be answered in two languages, viz., English and Hindi. The total time duration of the exam is 180 minutes, and all questions are of Multiple types. 200 questions are prepared from Numerical Ability and Analytical Aptitude, Reasoning and Logical Deduction, General Knowledge & Current Affairs, English Language, and Aptitude for the Service Sector.

NCHMCT JEE Admit Card 2026 has been released from April 2026. Candidates have to download the admit card from the website. The admit card is not sent via post or offline mode. NTA has released the city information slip from 19th April 2026.
