Sindhi College, Bengaluru was established in 2002 under the auspices of Sindhi Seva Samiti, a Sindhi-led philanthropic organization under the motto 'Service to Humanity' and was co-sponsored by Deputy Prime Minister Sri.L.K.ADVANI of India and Sri.S.Mr.  Krishna, then Prime Minister of the State of Karnataka. 

Since then, the institution has grown phenomenally and is recognized as one of the leading institutions not only in the city of Bengaluru but also in other states of India.  

The college is permanently affiliated with the City University of Bengaluru. It is a self-funded co-educational college offering quality education in science and business, offering UG and PG courses. The aim of the institution is to leave an indelible mark on the university network with the vision of expanding horizons in the field of teaching and learning, where talented young students are trained and transformed into thinkers, researchers, and entrepreneurs who seek opportunities in the industry or seek science.
