Sinhgad Institute of Business Administration and Research (SIBAR) was established in the year 2004 under the aegis of Sinhgad Technical Education Society. The institute is recognized by AICTE, and DTE and affiliated with Savitribai Phule Pune University (SPPU).

The SIOM institute owns a good build-in modernized way campus, widespread in a lush green land. The students are well facilitated with basic and major amenities, well-equipped 13 computer labs, with HP, Dell machines, with up to date configurations; 33 spacious classrooms, resource-rich library houses 28,555+ finest collection of books, 4331 titles, 122 journals, 10331 e-journals, magazines, reports, etc., a reading hall, digital resources; separate 16+ accommodations for boys and girls. Moreover, the SIOM has MOUs with foreign universities, a seminar hall with 125 seating capacity, full-fledged auditorium having 250 seats for people. In addition, lodging, boarding, additional facilities like bank facilities, ATM facilities, medical facilities, food facilities, transport facilities, and various other on-campus facilities are available on the campus.

Residential Accommodations:

Hostels are self-contained 4-seater rooms with attached toilets. The students are provided with basic amenities like a bed, table, and chair. Provision for hot water and all other usual fittings like ceiling fan etc. The rooms are spacious, airy, and well-lit and the buildings are surrounded by greenery. 24-hour water supply is there in the hostel. A common telephone connection has also been provided.

SIBAR library is well stocked with about 36,000 text and reference books on the various subjects of Management, Computer Science, and other related subjects. The library regularly subscribes to acknowledged national as well as international periodicals, journals, and magazines and keeps updated information on the latest developments in the world of business.

To support the unique teaching-learning process at SIBAR, there are seminar halls and tutorial rooms where interactive sessions and the interface with experts from the corporate world take place. These are equipped with audio-visual aids like LCD, Audio, Video, etc.

To ensure students' co-curricular and extracurricular development, the campus has an auditorium that is equipped with all the latest Audio, Video, and Public Address Systems. The hall enjoys the best acoustics and other intricacies that go to make a fine eventful time. The auditorium has a capacity of 350 students.

An interactive language lab has been set up where the students listen to the native speakers of English and also imbibe the phonetic sounds of the English language. Language lab of SIBAR- MBA is well equipped with ICT facilities. The PCs are connected to the internet and headphones. The language lab has a capacity of 25 students. This lab is utilized for improving the communication skills of the students.

SIBAR has truly world-class, state-of-the-art Information Technology tools that are designed to meet the computing & communication needs of the institute. The institute is well equipped with 200 latest computers (Acer Veriton Desktop, Intel Dual Core E5400-2.0 GHz, 1 GB DDR3 RAM, and 320 GB HDD SATA with DVDR/w). To provide internet access to the students to keep pace with the latest developments in the corporate world. In addition, our campus is Wi-Fi enabled.

A sports complex reflects the Institute’s attitude towards the students. There are facilities for outdoor games like Cricket, Basketball, Volleyball, Football, Kabaddi, etc. The indoor games played are table tennis, badminton carom. We have a fully equipped gym and yoga center, etc. This complex is also used for Collegiate and Inter-Collegiate tournaments and exhibition matches.

The faculty members also help in the placement of their students via the placement cell that conducts mock interviews and tests, as well as aptitude and logical reasoning exams.
