Guru Kashi University encompasses 12 colleges and offers education across various disciplines, including Engineering, Management, Humanities, Pharmacy, Arts, and more.

For admission to the B.Tech program, candidates must have completed 10+2 from a recognized board. The university also accepts lateral entry admissions (LEET) to its B.Tech programs. Admission to other undergraduate and postgraduate courses is based on the candidate's merit. For M.Tech, applicants should have a minimum of 50% marks in their bachelor's degree in the relevant discipline.

Candidates applying for an MBA program should have completed their graduation or its equivalent. Admission to the Ph.D. program is through an entrance test, and candidates should have a postgraduate degree in the relevant discipline with a minimum of 55% marks.

Admission 2024-25

Admission to the B.Tech program is based on the JEE Main score. Lateral Entry admissions are granted based on merit.

For courses like BCA, B.Sc., B.A, B.Ed, and B.Lib., admission is either through merit or an online entrance test conducted by the university.

For BCA, B.Sc. (IT), and B.Sc. Agriculture (Hons.), candidates can gain direct admission into the second year of the program through LEET, provided they hold a diploma in the relevant field.

Admission to the M.Tech program is based on the GATE score, followed by a counselling round.

Selection for MBA and M.Com. is either merit-based or through an entrance test. Details about the entrance test will be available on the university's official website.

For MCA, M.Sc., M.A, and M.Phil. courses offered by various colleges under Guru Kashi University, admissions are based on merit. Lateral Entry admissions are also available for certain courses.
