Established in 1986, Hemchandracharya University of North Gujarat is a state-owned university. Admission

The admission into BA, B.Com, B.Ed, BBA, BCA, B.Lib.I.Sc, BJMB BRS, BSW, LL.B and B.Sc is made in accordance with the marks scored in the 10+2 test.

To be eligible for B.Arch applicants, candidates need to be qualified in NATA which is conducted at the All India level.

B.P.Ed and B.Ed admission is granted by way of marks scored in the entrance test for universities.

Acceptance into MA, M.Com, MCA, MSW and PG Diploma courses is based on grades obtained at the graduation.

To be eligible for M.Pharm Candidates for M.Pharm, they have be able to pass PGCET which is conducted by the Admission Committee for Professional Courses (ACPC).

The candidates who pass the MAT exam are eligible to be considered for admission to the MHM program. HNGU also has an entrance test that is conducted to allow admission to this program.

MBA Program requires valid score on CMAT.

HNGU offers a separate entrance exam for admission to M.Phil and Ph.D. programs. CSIR Netor UGC GATE or NET qualified candidates are not required to take entrance tests for the Ph.D. entrance test.
