The on-campus recruitment process involves multiple stages:

  • Step 1: Written Test: Students undergo a written test assessing their technical aptitude and logical reasoning.
  • Step 2: Group Discussion: Selected students participate in group discussions where they showcase their knowledge, communication skills, leadership abilities, and teamwork.
  • Step 3: Personal Interview: The final stage entails personal interviews where candidates' goals and aspirations are evaluated for their suitability within the organization.

The Career Services Department plays a pivotal role in enhancing students' employability by offering a range of services including career advisory, resume writing, job search tips, interview strategies, aptitude development workshops, group discussion competence, communication and presentation proficiency, and personality development techniques.

Furthermore, students learn essential skills such as teamwork, analytical thinking, effective presentation, communication proficiency, maintaining a positive attitude, and holistic personality development through the placement activities. Mock interviews and group discussions further refine students' skills, instilling in them a competitive spirit as they aspire for successful careers and fulfilling lives.

Jaipur National University Corporate Resource Cell

Operating one of the premier colleges in Jaipur, Rajasthan presents numerous challenges. However, our Corporate Resource Cell (CRC) consistently ensures that our graduating students secure positions in their preferred industries. Each year, a substantial number of our graduates secure placements in both government and corporate sectors, spanning summer internships to full-time employment opportunities.

The CRC plays a crucial role in aligning students' career aspirations with industry demands. Acting as a liaison between the industry, university departments, and students, we implement strategies to bridge the gap between student aspirations and corporate expectations.
