2. The application form should be duly filled in with all personal and academic details.
3. Candidates must submit the duly filled in form, along with uploaded photographs and photocopies of marks cards, within the stipulated time.
4. Online payment of the application fee can be done through Net Banking / Credit Card / Debit Card.
5. Candidates must retain a print out of this completed form with them at the time of counselling.

For Ph.D programs

2. Under the Ph.D. programs list, click on the ‘Application Form’ link.
3. Upon downloading the application form, candidate should fill in all necessary details, reaffirming their authenticity thoroughly.
