The Bengaluru Institute of Management Studies (BIMS) was approved and established under the AICTE Act 1987. The Institute is affiliated with Bengaluru University, Karnataka, and administered by Geetha's Educational Trust. BIMS was established in 2005 under the auspices of the Pramod Educational Trust (1999). BIMS was ranked #2 in 2013 by Outlook India in the Return on Investment (ROI) category. The institute offers undergraduate and postgraduate programs in various fields such as economics, finance, marketing, management, IT, and commerce.
