COAET, Ludhiana Placement Cell gives complete placement to all its eligible, pass-out graduates. Top Indian and Multi-National Companies go to for campus recruitment. The Institute trains the scholars to stand interviews and prepares them for group-discussions and different tests. The Institute co-ordinates completely for offering placements for education of its college students in diverse famend companies. The Training and Placement Cell grooms the scholars to fulfill the company expectations. The Industry-institute interplay and ordinary character improvement packages via enterprise professionals and in-residence interest assist the scholar in getting jobs in National and International companies. Training and Placement Cell has succeeded in securing 100% placements for all eligible college students.

Placement
The Training and Placement Cell at the college plays a crucial role in understanding the professional requirements of students, providing professional training, educational and industrial visits, and facilitating interactions to help students secure placements in reputable national and international corporations, as well as various government and semi-government organizations through on-campus interviews. The cell organizes continuous interaction and counseling sessions on personality development and other professional attributes by inviting industry experts and professionals from other institutes. Industry-organized technological contests and design competitions are also conducted to identify and recruit talented agricultural engineers directly from the campus.
Students are guided about employment opportunities in different organizations and institutes. Currently, the employment prospects for agricultural engineers are favorable. Graduates from this college are occupying significant positions in academia, manufacturing sectors, government organizations, public sector undertakings, and other agro-related industries. Many students have secured prestigious positions after clearing various all India level competitive examinations, and several alumni hold high professional positions in various foreign countries. The cell is managed by two faculty members.
Industry Collaboration
The college has established professional partnerships and collaborations with leading industrial organizations to enhance the professional recognition and career development of agricultural engineers. Formal Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs) have been signed with New Holland Tractors, TAFE, CLAAS India, and Mahindra & Mahindra, aiming for mutual benefits. New Holland Tractors and CLAAS India have already set up world-class training labs on Tractors and Combine Harvesters, respectively, for the aspiring agricultural engineers from the college. Additionally, Mahindra & Mahindra has established a video-conferencing facility for the students' benefit.
