At the Institute for Future Education, Entrepreneurship, and Leadership (IFEEL) in Pune, students are provided with comprehensive interview preparation through mock interview sessions. They receive sufficient training to confidently tackle any questions that may arise during their upcoming interviews.

The Placement Cell at IFEEL plays a crucial role in inviting prospective companies from diverse industries to the campus. This process typically takes place towards the end of the academic cycle.

To streamline the placement process, students fill out a form indicating their areas of interest. The details are then shared with the relevant companies for placement, and convenient dates for campus interviews are scheduled.

Once the companies express interest, the institution coordinates with them to discuss the interview and group discussion (GD) details, including the scheduled dates.

Before the actual interviews, a Pre-Placement talk is organized. During this session, companies may conduct tests and/or group discussions to shortlist interested students. Additionally, if necessary, telephonic or video conferencing interviews are arranged for the convenience of both parties.

After the interviews and selection rounds are completed, the final selection process commences. The results are usually announced promptly, often on the same day as the interviews.
