Institute of Hotel Management Catering Technology & Applied Nutrition (IHM) is the premier institute that provides training and teaching in modern trends of hotel management. In the year 1973, the hotel management institute was begun as the “Food Craft Institute." In 1984, the Government of India upgraded the institute to "The Institute of Hotel Management Catering Technology & Applied Nutrition." IHM is located in the place of Bhubaneswar.
