The main focus of the Poornaprajna Institute of Management is to provide advanced professional training and skills in management studies. Our approved enrollment for the two-year MBA program is 60 students. In addition to the five classes covering Mangalore University's recommended syllabus, two additional classes are taught every day from Monday to Friday to teach fundamental skills such as computer science, communication and various managerial skills such as Group Discussion, Role Play, Experiential Learning, Word Fusion, Product launch, creative arts, thematic perception, and all other relevant and relevant management skills of a contemporary "Special two-hour conferences" are organized each month, bringing together leading figures from academia and industry. At the end of the second semester, students complete an obligatory one-month industrial internship. All students of the institute study and work alternately in the third and fourth semesters in addition to the work required by the university.

The institute has its own fully air-conditioned training room for corporate delegates to organize the recruitment and selection process. Adjacent to the practice hall is the fully air-conditioned Prajna Hall, seating 200, where organizations can conduct pre-training interviews and conduct skills development courses for students. There is a special message board in Poornakash through which there is regular and formal communication with staff and students about the activities of the recruiting unit.
