The college is situated in a very green & serene atmosphere. CCTV installed in office, portico, ground floor corridor, auditorium, first-floor corridor, second-floor corridor, and playground. The Auditorium, Multipurpose hall, and Classrooms are thoroughly utilized for curricular, co-curricular, and extra-curricular activities. The principal office and the secretary's office have been air-conditioned. The details of Physical Infrastructure Facilities:

Ground Floor consists of offices of the Secretary, Administrative, store room, Staff room for Women teaching faculty, guidance and counseling room, well-equipped canteen, Biology Lab and physical science lab, reception, students' Common Room, and a separate rest room for men.

The First Floor consists of a well-furnished and digitalized Library, Computer cum Language Laboratory, Classrooms (4), mathematics Lab, Exam center, separate restrooms, and girl students.

The librarian takes a concerted effort to collate all the question papers of University examinations of previous years and compiles them orderly. The student-teachers have access to them.

The librarian goes through the newspapers and collects relevant news items related to education, employment opportunities, socio-cultural issues, current issues, etc., and displays them on the notice board. He also documents them systematically.

PJPLCE Digital Library:

The College has taken efforts to digitalize its library. There are 20 computers available for the student-teachers to access electronic resources. The library has also an internet and Wi-Fi connection for the staff and students.

Admission in Pope John Paul ll College Of Education

Admission of students is carried out as per government regulations. 85% of the seats are filled from the list prepared by the govt. on the basis of merit. 15% of the seats are filled from the list prepared by the management on the basis of merit. They should pay the fees along with the special fees and Caution Deposit. Stipends and subsistence allowances are paid as per government rules to such students as are declared eligible. Admission to the college is subject to the rules and regulations of the Government / University / NCTE. A student who has enlisted himself/ herself on payment of the first installment of the fee will be liable to pay the fee and special fee for the whole year in the event of his / her discontinuing studies or leaving with T.C.
