Admissions to diploma, undergraduate, graduate, and doctorate programs are available at the university. Candidates are admitted to universities based on their scores from the Sage Entrance Exam (SEE). The university administers the Sage JEE exam for admission to the B.Tech curriculum. GATE is another factor used by Sage University to determine admittance to its M.Tech program. The university accepts NATA and JEE Main Paper 2 results in addition to the SEE score for admission to the Bachelor of Architecture program (B.Arch).
Students must meet the requirements set forth by SU Indore in order to be eligible. The qualified applicants may submit an online or offline application for admission to Sage University in accordance with the admissions procedure.
Forty-five undergraduate courses, including BA, BCom (H), BSc, and BDes, are available at the university. All undergraduate courses are available full-time. A recognized board's 12th standard must be completed by candidates in order for them to be admitted to undergraduate programs.

The institution offers 34 courses at the postgraduate level in total. The minimal requirement for enrollment in postgraduate courses is a bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
