3. A student seeking admission to college shall present in person with an application in the prescribed form duly filled and signed by parents/ guardians.

a. Transfer Certificate of last attended Institute / College with two attested Xerox copies.
b. Original Mark-sheets of essential qualification with two attested Xerox copies.
c. Migration certificate if belonging to other Board.
d. Caste validity certificate and other necessary documents for reserve candidature.
e. Two recent passport size photographs.

7. Original documents will be returned only after university eligibility process so the candidate is advised to keep sufficient attested Xerox copies of the Original documents with him/ her for future use.
