The Saveetha Institute of Medical and Techniological Sciences (SIMTS) is a private university in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India. Founded in 1957, it is a public research institute dedicated to the study of medicine and allied health sciences. It is home to the Department of Neurology and the Saveetha Neuroscience Center. The school has been in existence since 1889 and offers a variety of undergraduate, graduate, and postgraduate degrees.

Students can choose from eight disciplines of study at the Saveetha University. The main campus is located on the Chennai-Bangalore National Highway, just eight kilometers from the Chennai Mofussil Bus Stand, eight kilometers from Chennai International Airport, and twenty kilometers from the Chennai Harbour.
