The revolutionary day of 21st March 1983 created a new dimension in the field of professional education. The visionary Late Shri. Bhausaheb Santuji Thorat laid the foundation of Amrutvahini Sheti and Shikshan Vikas Sanstha which has magnified the versatile domain of altruistic ventures. A strong move in this direction was the establishment of an institution that proved to be a paragon of technical and managerial education as a story of unerring vision and indomitable determination.

The main objective was to carry out a constructive philanthropic activity. The trust was conceived to be the fountainhead of education for vast rural areas in which the information need of the farmers & education needs of the student community are catered. This noble venture had many helping hands right from the lowest strata of the rural society to then Chief Minister of Maharashtra State Hon.Late Shri. Vasant Dada Patil.

Infrastructure Green Campus

The institute is situated on the Amrutvahini campus, at a distance of about 60 km from Nashik, on the Ahmednagar – Nashik highway. This location is around 100 km from Ahmednagar & 120 km from Pune. The campus is connected to a good network of roads & communication facilities.

A sprawling campus in picturesque surroundings measuring 15 acres provides a refreshing environment, stimulating intellectual alertness and creativity. This natural environment stimulates students to concentrate & apply their minds to various productive activities.

The campus has an ambiance, which motivates students to learn & grow. The institute building has several flat classrooms, an auditorium with a capacity of 400 seats, faculty & administrative blocks, seminar halls, a computer center with internet facilities, a library-a knowledge center & other facilities. The classrooms are equipped with LCD projectors, Television sets, etc. The overall atmosphere at the campus is fused with serenity, which is conducive to intellectual pursuits.

Hostel

In-house separate girls & boys hostel facilities with canteen and mess facility are provided. The hostels are equipped with communication, recreation, and sports facilities.

Library Collection:

The library is well equipped with a variety of Books. It has 12211 Textbooks and reference books. The library has a good collection on Marketing Management, Financial Management, Information Technology Management, Operations Management, Human Resources Management, International Business Management, Supply Chain Management, Rural & Agribusiness Management, Banking and Insurance Management, Entrepreneurship Development; Retail Management Libraries also have good collection on General Reading, Marathi, and English literature.

Computer Facility

Computer facilities for the students include spacious computer laboratories with computers connected to Windows NT servers with LAN. The institute is committed to creating a digital environment. On the same line, every institutional member is encouraged to be computer savvy. The students have access to the Internet. The computer facilities at MBA institutes have become increasingly important in recent years due to the growing dependence on technology in the business world. Our institute has well-equipped computer labs with the latest hardware and software to ensure that students have access to the tools they need to succeed.

Placements

The placement department brings about the synergy between the students & their mentors, who have exposure & access to the industrial avenues. AIMBA has an on-campus placement process, which is supervised by the Placement Coordinator and coordinated by the students elected to the Placement Forum. Every year, the process is streamlined for the convenience of students and recruiters. On the one hand, students are presented with an opportunity to leverage their relevant work experience and join companies at higher levels, and on the other hand, companies get to recruit students who could be inducted directly without intensive training. Companies visit the campus as per their respective slots. All infrastructural support required for the selection process of various companies is provided by the Institute.
