Our kitchen is equipped with both imported and native equipment that provides the true experience of the kitchen of a five-star hotel.

In this class, students learn about the various equipment and their ingredients, the various ways of cooking, fundamental culinary arts, and more. The kitchen has two sections, namely the hot and cold which include a Griller Microwave oven Tandoor Pot, Toaster, Blast Chillers, Piloted ranges, Refrigerators, and more. This kitchen offers not only a demo of real-life cooking but also the capabilities and pressure-handling abilities of each student in the program.

Class Room

Chennais Amirta International Institute Of Hotel Management of classrooms and practical classes that are incorporated to ensure a balanced and complete learning experience for students. The classrooms are large and are equipped with the latest tools for teaching, such as audiovisual facilities and projectors. Each student is given comfortable chairs and a writing table with a writing table.
