Also, the laboratory has a variety of apparatus for physiological and ecological experiments, like a water bath, oven, and Digital PH Meter. We have fire extinguishers in case of an emergency. The laboratory is well supplied with chemicals, and equipped abundantly with thermometers and other apparatus for students to carry out their experiments.

CSIBACE Computer Lab

The College provides Computer Education through its computer laboratory with LAN System & Internet Facility. All the teacher-trainees are trained in MS Office & usage of the Internet. The laboratory has 15 personal computers with the latest configurations, especially for use by the students. Students can work independently on PowerPoint projects, Excel spreadsheets, surf the Net and create their own programs or projects.

CSIBACE Library

Libraries are the hub of the academic life of the campus. It caters to the information needs of the students and faculty. The Library is adopting an “OPEN ACCESS” system which enables the readers to select books and other resources themselves.

Strict silence should be maintained in the Library.

Students are not allowed to bring any printed matter or files inside the Library.

A maximum of three books will be issued to the students.

Issued books should be returned or renewed after one week.

Books must not be marked or damaged in any manner.

Considering the need of the hour, BACED has also started an e-learning program that was launched by the Hon’ble Union Minister, Ministry of Human Resource and Development, Govt. of India. The online program has many facilities to offer that include flexibility and customization to the institute’s needs, a secure and robust platform, a cloud-based delivery module, collaborative environment.

CSIBACE Cafeteria

The on-campus canteen facility caters to the need of both the residential students as well the day scholars. The canteen has a special menu for the hostellers that comprises healthy and nutritious food items on a regular basis. In addition, the private canteen supports a variety of South Indian and North Indian food items and dishes at a nominal cost. The dining facility in the canteen could accommodate close to 100 students at a time.

Admission

Selection Procedure

Admission of the eligible candidates will be given as per the selection procedure laid down by the respective State Government from time to time. Candidates seeking admission to the colleges from the State of Tamilnadu need to appear for CET.

Duration

B.Ed. Program duration shall be of two academic years including four semesters.

Eligibility

B.Ed programme is offered under various optional subjects and candidates seeking admission must fulfill the relevant eligibility criteria i.e. 10+2 HSC examination/ graduate degree/ postgraduate degree.

A candidate shall be eligible for admission to B.Ed. program (in Government /Government Aided/Self-Financing Colleges of Education) leading to the Degree of Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) provided fulfilling the prescribed education qualification and other requirements as specified in the B.Ed. Admission Guidelines of the Government of Tamil Nadu are in force from time to time.
