Infrastructure

IndSearch has its own Bavadhan campus and Law College Road campus premises, with spacious classrooms, workshop rooms, seminar hall, and auditorium, equipped with audiovisual aids. IndSearch library contains more than 25000 contemporary volumes on wide-ranging subjects and global current news. It subscribes to over 25 top journals published in India and abroad and also to over 125 e-Journals.

Labs:

Started by IndSearch in 1999, the Lab to Land Programme is run by IndSearch-ACME, the main objective being Techno-demystification or teaching the basics of computers to rural students. It is essentially a social service activity carried out by IndSearch. The target students belong to schools from various rural areas. Presently the Community Service activity is being carried out at the Zilla Parishad Schools in Sambhave Village in Mulshi Taluka, Pune. These visits allow IndSearch students to experience village life and develop teaching skills. The enthusiasm of the village students and even the villagers are reflected by the warm welcome to our team members.

Wired to the Future:

IndSearch has its own well-equipped high-tech Computer Labs. Students work with the latest Application Software. The Campus is WI-FI enabled with High-Tech Equipments for 24 Hours with 2 MBPS (1:1) speed, Leased Line Internet. Other facilities include Printers and Scanners with the latest technology. Internal Communication between faculty members and students is through Microsoft Exchange Server 2003/2007/2010 and Document Sharing and Website for each course facility are provided with Microsoft Sharepoint Server 2007/2010. Internet browsing facilities are provided in the Computer Lab / Digital Library for students and faculties with unlimited download with 60 Computers at a time. UPS Power Supply 20 KVA and Genset 62.5 KVA provide Uninterrupted Power Supply.

Placements

At IndSearch, we aim to develop successful professionals who can balance their corporate responsibility with their social commitments.

In addition to the prescribed curriculum, we provide additional inputs to the students in Interpersonal Skills and Personality Development for their professional grooming. Guest lectures by experts from the various functional areas of management are also arranged for the students. Students are also exposed to workshops on Presentation Skills and Negotiation Skills.

IndSearch students are also encouraged to take up internships with corporates to get hands-on experience with management practices in organizations.

A soft copy of the Final placement brochure giving detailed information about the Institute, its courses, the student profile, and the unique aspects of each of the courses are shared with various organizations. Students as well as faculty teams also go for making presentations about the institute to various organizations and to invite them to the campus for placements.

In recent years our students have found placements with esteemed organizations like Zensar Technologies, Vodafone, Asian Paints, Persistent, ThyssenKrupp Industries India Pvt Ltd., KPMG, Endurance Technologies, and Capgemini, to name a few.
